Desktop Publisher/Web Designer

This position is responsible for desktop publishing and website design and maintenance for customers of the Administration Centre printing services, a subsidiary of Sask Sport Inc. Reporting to the Supervisor of Printing Services, the Desktop Publisher and Web Designer shall be responsible for all coordination, scheduling, and production of desktop publishing, typesetting, web design, web maintenance and word processing required in Printing Services with the goal to maintain and improve quality and quantity standards, including customer service at both ends of the operation.

South West District for Culture, Recreation, and Sport Inc. - Community Consultant

The South West District for Culture, Recreation, and Sport Inc. invites applications for the position of Community Consultant. This is a permanent position, working 30-37.5 hours per week. Office can be located anywhere within District boundaries, or can use existing office in Swift Current (sorry, no home offices).

Town of Wadena - Director of Parks and Recreation
The Town of Wadena offers diverse recreation and leisure opportunities to both Wadena and the surrounding region at its municipally-owned facilities including an arena, curling rink, outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and golf course as well as local park spaces. The Town is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for sport, culture, and landscaping to lead a team of full-time and seasonal unionized employees. To ensure operational needs can be met, a willingness to work a flexible schedule which frequently includes evenings and weekends is essential.

Sport and Venues Manager - 2019 Western Canada Summer Games (WCSG) Swift Current Host Society
Closing Date: August 21, 2017
In two years, over 1700 of western Canada?s youth will have the opportunity to shine in Swift Current as we host the 2019 Western Canada Summer Games. The participants from six provinces and territories will be joined by over 400 officials, media and VIPs, nearly 2000 volunteers and thousands more visitors for the ten-day event. The Sport and Venues Manager will be responsible for working with volunteer committees to organize the sport competitions and venue operations for the 2019 Games. A proven record in managing within a volunteer organization, a history of strong planning, reporting, communications and liaising with internal and external stakeholders are necessary skill sets.

Saskatchewan Martial Arts Association - Executive Director

Saskatchewan Martial Arts Association is the Provincial Sport Governing Body (PSGB) for an 'Open' Membership of multiple styles of Martial Arts. The SMAA is governed by a Board of Directors and is looking to employ an Executive Director to manage its evolving functions and operations.

Saskatchewan Games Coordinator - Team Saskatoon

The primary function of the position will be to coordinate the logistical and administrative duties, team preparations, and promotion that is required to support the successful participation of Team Saskatoon in the 2018 Saskatchewan Winter Games to be held in North Battleford, February 18-24, 2018. The coordination will include various roles, including recruiting mission staff, working with the Saskatchewan Games Council, the North Battleford Host Society, and the Provincial Sport Governing Bodies (PSGBs) to effectively fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the position.

Prairie Central District for Sport, Culture & Recreation - Community Consultant
The Prairie Central District for Sport, Culture and Recreation Inc. is one of seven sport, culture and recreation districts within Saskatchewan. We are centrally located in the province and service an area including Outlook, Davidson, Warman, Humboldt, Wadena, Wynyard and Fort Qu?Appelle. The Community Consultant position is a commitment to work with communities in the District to build capacity through the facilitation of sport, culture and recreation programs and services. Working in a team of three Community Consultants, the focus of this position is the link with the cultural community.
