Pete Andrews of Saskatoon is the Sask Sport Inc. September Athlete of the Month.
At the 2009 IWSF Disabled World Water Ski Championships held in Vichy, France, Andrews won Canada's first ever gold medal in the men's jump event. He also increased his slalom speed to 43-46 km. There were 18 countries and over 60 competitors at this event.
Andrews was nominated by the Saskatchewan Wheelchair Sports Association.
